Returns & Refund Policy
In RadiumCare, we aim to make sure that our customers get quality healthcare/skincare products and a good shopping experience. In case you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we are here to help. We will gladly help you, to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe, you can get a return/exchange in accordance with the terms specified below.
Eligibility for Returns
Radium Care PVT LTD accepts returns under specific conditions so that the levels of safety and quality of products remain uncompromised. Unopened and unused products can be returned to the company within 7 days after the delivery in the original pack with all labels preserved. Products that are received in a poor, faulty or wrong state can be returned or replaced. Nonetheless, the customers are obliged to make a request in terms of a refund within 7 days of delivery, as stated on the invoice or receipt.
Items bought as a set or a combo have to be returned in their entirety. We will not accept any partial refunds/returns on bundled products. The opened or used cosmetic and healthcare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards except when their state is damaged or defective during delivery.
Furthermore, there are no refunds when it comes to gift cards, promotion vouchers, and Final Sale products; unless there are legal guidelines in regard to refunds as mandated by the Indian laws protecting consumers.
The acceptance of the returns is subject to the following conditions:
1. Product Received Is Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect
Return & exchange are only accepted when the product being delivered has been damaged during transit, represents a manufacturing flaw, or is not of the ordered product. Customers have a time limit within which they have to inform Radium Care PVT LTD on the problem with clear photographic & Unboxing video evidence. This assists our logistics and quality teams to confirm the claim in a short time. Upon confirmation, we will either refund or send another one out according to policy. Damaged products cannot be returned because of misuse, inappropriate storage, or due to normal wear and tear.
2. Product Must Be Unused and in Original Packaging
The product has to be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and the labels, the seals, the leaflets and the other accessories must be intact to qualify to receive a refund. The condition guarantees product safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards particularly in healthcare and pharmaceutical products. The product that has been opened, partially used, tampered with or lack of original parts will not qualify as a return/exchange. Radium Care PVT LTD has the right to reject the returns which are not in the form of packaging and condition.
3. Return Request Must Be Raised Within 48 Hours of Delivery
Any request of return or replacement should be made within 48 hours of order delivery. Any requests that are brought up after the time will not be considered and delay to report the product could be a threat to product integrity and verification. When receiving an order, customers should make sure to inspect it right away and report about any discrepancies to our customer support channels. Early reporting will enable us to coordinate with our logistics partner appropriately, and we will also have a quick solution to actual claims.
4. No Returns for Change of Mind or Personal Preference
Pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and healthcare products are sensitive products and therefore there are no returns due to change of mind, taste, smell, texture, or personal preference. These goods are highly controlled and cannot be resold after they have been shipped. This is a policy established to ensure the safety of the customers and the upkeep of hygiene. We invite our customers to consider product information, ingredients and usage instructions before placing an order.
Purchases from Retail Partners
Radium Care PVT LTD does not receive returns, replacement, and product refund of those products purchased via third-party retailers, pharmacies, online retail or distribution platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, medical stores, clinics, hospitals, or cosmetic stores. Whenever a product is bought through a licensed or unlicensed third party retailer, the sale process, payment method, delivery, and after sales service are controlled by the policies of such a retailer.
Any customers who have problems associated with such purchases, including damaged goods, wrong product, delivery related issues or refund requests, should directly contact the corresponding retailer or marketplace and follow their refund, exchange, and refund services. Radium Care PVT LTD cannot interfere, override or manipulate the decisions of third parties with regard to returns. Before using the external platforms to make a purchase, we advise that you go through the terms of a seller on their policy of returns and refunds.
Exchanges
Currently, Radium Care PVT LTD does not offer exchanges, replacements, and store credits on all of its products. No purchases may be refunded unless it is a purchase that is eligible to be refunded as per our return and refund policy. In case you are not happy with a product because of reasons like damage or manufacturing fault or getting the wrong product then you may request a return in this policy strictly on the basis of its eligibility and timelines.
After a refund request is viewed and approved and the product is received and examined by our staff, a refund procedure will be effected in case the product fulfills all the necessary criteria. The refunds are made by the source of payment used during the purchase upon a refund, provided that they were done by using the same source of payment. There is no store credit, product swaps, or other compensation plans. To prevent inconvenience, customers are encouraged to read product information, usage guide and appropriateness thoroughly before making an order.
Online Order Returns
Online purchased products may be returned:
Customers can also send eligible products back to us via a Radium Care site, where they can provide a Photo of the damaged item and video upon unboxing the pack. The product should be in a state of return and a valid invoice or a testament of purchase should be provided. In case of refunds, they would be done according to company policy.
Customers can also send back eligible products through courier after the Customer Support is approached by them and given instructions on how to courier the products. The team will offer the return authorization, packaging instructions and the appropriate address to be used in returns.
Orders without valid order number or invoice can not be refunded.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
Correct products are returned: It is upon the customers to ensure that they send back only the right product(s) that Radium Care PVT LTD delivered to them before. Verification of the returned products must be done using the details of the ordered item, including the name of the product, quantity and variant to prevent delays and declination of the return request.
Products are packed securely: All returned products must be packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transportation. It should be cushioned well and have a sealed outer cover to ensure that the product remains intact. The Radium Care PVT LTD is not liable to the damage that would occur as a result of inappropriate or substandard service in terms of packaging.
Order details are clearly mentioned: Please include your order number, a copy of the invoice and contact details inside the return package. Clear order information helps our team find returns quickly and speeds up verification and refund processing once returns are approved.
Wrong or unknown returns cannot be returned and might not be shipped back.
How to Initiate a Return

Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours
When we get your return request with all the necessary information, we will critically analyze that within 24 to 48 working days. In this review, we consider the eligibility in accordance with our return policy and can call you in case of the need of additional information.
Reverse pickup or return instructions will be shared
Once approved we will organize a reverse pickup in which we can service the product or give proper guidelines on how to send the product back to us. Our team will provide you with the process of making the return experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and approved:
Refunds are done when one has inspected and approved the returned item
Refunds are made upon the product sent back being well inspected and certified by our inspection team at Radium Care PVT LTD. Before the refund is done, the inspection is carried out to make sure that the item is fit to be returned, it is not used, and it is in its original state.
The refunds will be made in the original mode of payment
After the refund has been approved on a returned product, the refund will be refunded to the same method of payment that was used when purchasing. This makes the transaction safe and traceable such that you can get your refund securely without their involvement or the extra hassles and delays on your part.
Processing time: 5 to 7 working days upon return clearance
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will take 5 to 7 working days. This period takes into consideration the banking processes and makes sure that the refund will be properly charged to your payment source.
You will receive confirmation via email or SMS

Replacement Policy
If applicable:
Products that are damaged, faulty, or defected can be replaced only in case Radium Care PVT LTD gives a chance to replace the damaged, faulty, or defected products. Refunds on such items will not be provided. The products will only be taken into consideration; it should have passed the eligibility requirement of damage or defects, so the customers can be provided with a functioning replacement instead of a refund.
The original product will be verified and a replacement will be dispatched. Upon the receiver of the returned product, our team will examine it and ensure that it is damaged or faulty. Upon confirmation, a new product of the same nature will be sent immediately to the customer address and this will not present a problem and the inconvenience is minimal.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned on the basis of safety and hygiene reasons:
Opened or used products
Opened, partially used, or tampered products cannot be replaced. Radium Care PVT LTD accepts only returns or replacements of unopened [with seal] and unused products to ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality of goods, in particular, with the health and personal care products.
Temperature-sensitive items
Sensitive products like pharmaceuticals or other supplements, as well as cosmetics, cannot be exchanged or returned once they are kept under inappropriate conditions. This policy also guarantees the safety, effectiveness, and quality of the temperature-sensitive products of all customers.
Items that are bought under special offers (unless broken/defective)
The products purchased under special promotion, discount, or package can only be replaced in case they are defective or damaged. Alteration of mind, taste or preference is not allowed, meaning that there will be fairness and no promotions are compromised.
Products that are not packed in their original container
No returns or replacement will be accepted under the condition that the original packaging, labels as well as seals of the product are absent. Original packaging will guarantee authenticity, integrity, and safe handling of the product in case of the process of returning or replacing them.
Order Cancellations
Radium Care PVT LTD gives the customer an option of pre-cancellation of their order before it is shipped. In case you change your mind or understand that you do not need the products anymore, you can cancel your order by calling our Customer Support team. Pre-cancellation will guarantee that the order will not undergo a shipping process and time is saved and the order is not delivered without necessity. But, after the order is dispatched and shipped out of our warehouse, it can never be canceled due to delivery being made. In this case, should you want to send back the product, you can make a request to send it back after delivery of the product, and this is according to the return and refund policy. Any refunds will be done on the eligible orders and the refunded value will be returned to the mode of payment where it initially applied after the item is inspected and accepted. Customers will be advised to make their orders as soon as possible to prevent any complications with orders put into shipment.

This is because it helps in safeguarding the integrity of our services and to make sure that every customer is well protected with a stable and reliable shopping experience. Company Rights
Radium Care PVT LTD retains the right, at its own role only, and in agreement that is applicable to Indian Law:
Decide eligibility on whether an order is refundable.
Deny refunds on suspicious, fraudulent or non-conforming orders.
And to revise or change this policy whenever they feel appropriate without any prior notice, and to maintain transparency and legality.
