Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right/option to inform us within 07 days of the date of receipt of the products.

Here are some tips to make it stress-free:

Requirements for Product Refund or Return:

  • The product does not possess characteristics or features as advertised or as agreed.
  • Unused, and in its original new condition.
  • Merchandise that is undamaged and unaltered by the customer.
  • The product returned in its original packaging/box, invoice, and price tag.

If we find the courier not liable for a refund, we will send the product back to you.

You can ask for a replacement for another product or a refund.

Refunds for card transactions will be credited back to the same account. For COD orders or any other mode, we will initiate an NEFT to the registered name of the customer and bank details provided.

Kindly note that all replacements are subject to the items available. Items delivered outside India will not be liable for return or replacement.

What if the delivered products are not what I ordered or have defects?

If you do receive damaged goods, then you have 48 hours in which to notify us. Please do so by emailing [email protected] and sending us appropriate pictures.

The product must be returned in its original box with price tags, invoice, and packing. When we receive the items back from your end, we will check the count and condition of the same. We will immediately issue a full refund or exchange with an item of similar or different value, according to your request.

What are the Payment Methods Available on Radiumcare?

Payment methods currently supported on Radiumcare are: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Radiumcare. The prices stated in the final cart are exactly what you pay. Payments can be remitted through net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI (“Digital Payments”), and cash on delivery. It is advised to use digital payments to guarantee that your order is processed more quickly. Additionally, items shipped outside of India are not eligible for cash on delivery. Payment details are not handled by Radiumcare, and Payment gateway partners are PCI/DSS compliant. Transactions via debit/credit card/net banking will be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Category-Specific Policy for Return

Nutrition: Our nutrition products should be received in their original packaging as you received them. The product should be sealed as original; opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Factors such as stomach upset, headache, or flavor dislike are not applicable for return. Before purchasing the items, please speak with your physician.

Merchandise: The return policy is only applicable in case of issues with size or if you receive the product in a damaged condition.

Service: This category is not applicable for any refund.

Processing Fees for Replacements or Returns

The customer may be liable to pay a processing fee in certain scenarios, including but not limited to requesting a change of flavor/product/variant or any similar requests. The processing fee amount will be conveyed to the customer at the time of taking the request for replacement or return, and the request will be processed further after the processing fee has been paid. In case of errors in the product, such as an incorrect product/variant/flavor shipped to the customer, there will be no processing fee applicable for returns or replacements. Orders delivered outside of India are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Arranging for a Pickup

You can contact us to initiate a return. After you have started a return, a call outlining the procedure will be placed to you.

In such cases, we would also try to facilitate the pickup of the goods through our courier partners to make the process easier for you. In case we cannot do so, you can always return the goods through any third-party courier service. Goods dispatched from India shall not be returned or refunded.

Modes of Refund After Cancellation or Return

For payment made by:

  • Debit/Credit or any other Card: We will refund to the same bank account.

Refund Timeline

The money will be refunded according to the guidelines stated above within 14 working days from the date the refund is approved.

Product Delivery Timeline in Replacement Process

The product will be replaced and delivered to you within 14 working days after your request for replacement is approved.

Order Cancellation

If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not yet been processed or approved by us, we will cancel the order and provide the user with a full refund within 14 working days.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. It is pertinent to note that we have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
